3 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup crabmeat 6 large shrimp deveined head on 1/2 Lb angel hair pasta cooked al dente 1 large shallot diced or julienne 4 broccoli florettes 1 pod minced garlic 1 Tbsp basil chopped 1tsp fresh oregano 1/2 tsp thyme fresh 2 Tbsp dry white wine 1 and 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice Salt & pepper to taste
In a saute pan warm the olive oil under medium heat.
Add shallots and cook until transparent.
Add the herbs and broccoli stir until warm.
Add garlic and stir gently.
Add seafood cook until done.
Deglaze the pan with the white wine.
Finish with the lemon juice and salt and pepper,
Serve over warm pasta or mix ingredients in pasta.
