INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup crabmeat
6 large shrimp deveined head on
1/2 Lb angel hair pasta cooked al dente
1 large shallot diced or julienne
4 broccoli florettes
1 pod minced garlic
1 Tbsp basil chopped
1tsp fresh oregano
1/2 tsp thyme fresh
2 Tbsp dry white wine
1 and 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
- In a saute pan warm the olive oil under medium heat.
- Add shallots and cook until transparent.
- Add the herbs and broccoli stir until warm.
- Add garlic and stir gently.
- Add seafood cook until done.
- Deglaze the pan with the white wine.
- Finish with the lemon juice and salt and pepper,
- Toss well.
- Serve over warm pasta or mix ingredients in pasta.
- Decorate and serve immediately.
