OLIVE OIL
6 LARGE FRESH LA FROG LEGS
1 TSP GARLIC
1 TSP HOUSE SEASONING OR TONY'S
1/2 CUP FRESH TOMATO , DICED
1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
1 TSP WHOLE BUTTER
1 TSP PARSLEY
1 TSP GREEN ONIONS
10 OZ. ANGEL HAIR PASTA
PROCEDURE
- COAT PAN WITH OLIVE OIL, ADD FROG LEGS. SAUTE' UNTIL BROWN.
- ADD GARLIC, HOUSE SEASONING AND TOMATOES. SAUTE' UNTIL TENDER.
- ADD WHITE WINE, REDUCE, ADD PARSLEY, GREEN ONIONS. STIR IN BUTTER.
- PUT PASTA IN LARGE SHALLOW BOWL IN CENTER. PLACE FROG LEGS AROUND PASTA AND POUR SAUCE OVER TOP.
