Watermelon and Cucumber Salsa from Latil's Landing

Watermelon and Cucumber Salsa
Yields 3 cups

2 cups 1/2-inch pieces seeded watermelon
1 cup 1/2-inch pieces seeded peeled cucumber
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 tablespoons minced fresh mint
2 teaspoons tabasco
2 tablespoons of honey
Juice of 1 lime

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix gentley.  Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. (Can be prepared 2 hours ahead. Keep refrigerated.) Serve chilled with grilled Seafood.
