INGREDIENTS
1 lb white crab meat
2 egg yolk, beaten
3 tblsp flour
1 stick butter or oleo
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 13oz can of pet milk
1/2 cup american cheese
1/2 cup swiss cheese
salt to taste
red pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
- Melt butter, add flour, stir until blended well.
- Add onion and celery, cook on low fire until onions are tender.
- Add pet milk and egg yolks. Stir well until blended.
- Add cheeses, salt and red pepper and cook on low until cheeses are melted.
- Stir in crab meat, cook low about five minutes. Pour into individual microwave dishes. Heat on high until bubbily.
- Top with slices of American cheese. Return to microwave until cheese is melted on top.
