1 lb white crab meat 2 egg yolk, beaten 3 tblsp flour 1 stick butter or oleo 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 13oz can of pet milk 1/2 cup american cheese 1/2 cup swiss cheese salt to taste red pepper to taste
Melt butter, add flour, stir until blended well.
Add onion and celery, cook on low fire until onions are tender.
Add pet milk and egg yolks. Stir well until blended.
Add cheeses, salt and red pepper and cook on low until cheeses are melted.
Stir in crab meat, cook low about five minutes. Pour into individual microwave dishes. Heat on high until bubbily.
Top with slices of American cheese. Return to microwave until cheese is melted on top.
