Rotolo's Deluxe Combination Calzone


7 oz Pizza Dough
3 oz Mozzarella/Provolone Cheese Blend
12 slices Pepperoni
2.5 oz Italian Sausage
1 oz Sliced Onion
1 oz Sliced Bell Pepper
1 oz Sliced Mushroom
Marinara Sauce (for serving)


  • Using a rolling pin, roll pizza dough flat to a diameter of ten inches.
  • Fill center of dough with cheese then toppings.
  • Fold pizza dough over to make a half circle. With your fingers, press down to seal edges. Fold and crimp the edges of the dough after sealing.
  • Brush calzone with olive oil and cut three slits in top of dough for heat vents.
  • Bake in 500 degree oven for 5-6 minutes or until golden-brown. Serve with marinara on side for dipping.
