Crawfish Pinwheels

1 lb. crawfish

1 cup seasoning blend

1 stick butter

1/3 cup parsley flakes

8 oz. cream cheese

1/2 pack of lipton onion soup

1 can cresent roll dough

1/3 cup green onions

Grind crawfish and seasoning blend in food processor.  Cook butter crawfish mixture for 10-15 minutes.  Add parsley flakes, green onions, cream cheese and lipton onion soup.  Cook until cheese is melted.  Let cool.  Roll out dough and spread mixture over dough.  Roll dough from edges and cut into small round pieces.  Place on cookie sheet and Bake at 400 degrees from 12 minutes.

*Crawfish mixture also great served as a dip, Hot or Cold.
