Squash Cake

2 pts squash (peeled & boiled until tender)

2 eggs

2 cups of sugar

2 sticks olio

2 cups biscuit mix

Beat squash, sugar, vanilla and olio until mashed with no big lumps.  Add biscuit mix and beat again.

Pour into a 11x13 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
