Pasta Primavera with Tomato Basil Cream Sauce from Drusilla Seafood


2 ounces of butter
2 teaspoons of garlic
3 cups grilled vegetables
1-cup marinara sauce
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
2 cups Romano or Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons of fresh basil
Fresh black pepper to taste
4 cups of pasta (pre cooked)



  • Lightly coat rough-cut vegetables with olive oil place in grill pan over grill until partially cooked


  • Sautee butter, garlic, and vegetables for approximately 3 mins add marinara, heavy cream, and your choice of cheese. Simmer for an additional 3-5 mins.
  • Add Pasta toss until hot and serve with love and crisp fresh bread
