Yields: 4-6 servings

1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 Tbsp Ms. Dash non-salt seasoning
1tsp lemon pepper, non-salt
*Sprinkle and coat shrimp w/ lemon pepper and Ms. Dash prior to cooking
- In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic, and green onions. Sauté 2 minutes.
- Add bell peppers to skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until peppers soften.
- Remove from heat and skillet. Serve over whole wheat pasta or brown rice.
