Ingredients:
8 oz. Ground Hamburger Meat (80/20 or similar)/chicken breast
2 Grilled Pineapple Rings
2 oz. Cheddar Cheese, melted
1, 5" Hamburger Bun
To Taste: Creole Seasoning, Teriyaki Sauce
Preparation:
- Before grilling, season both sides of the hamburger/chicken breast with Creole seasoning.
- Clean and lightly oil the grill before cooking.
- Form hamburger patty to 5" across/filet chicken breast
- Heat grill to minimum 400 degrees temperature.
- Grill burger to desired temperature. Tip: USDA recommends using a food thermometer and cooking the hamburger to a 160 degree internal temperature.
- Grill Chicken breast until fully cooked(165 degrees minimum)
- Cover burger/chicken breast with teriyaki sauce
- Top burger/chicken breast with melted cheddar cheese and grilled pineapple rings
- Toast bun on grill or toaster oven.
- Dress the top of the bun with lettuce, tomato, or pickle if desired
- Serve with a side of your choice.
