Sunset Shrimp and Mango Salad from Times Grill


5 Grilled Shrimp
3 Large Mango slices
2 oz. Cheddar Cheese
6 oz. Green Salad Mix (iceberg, romaine, spinach)
To Garnish : Purple Onion/sliced
To Taste: Salt, Black Pepper, Olive Oil

Ingredients/Salad Dressing:

2 cups Orange Juice
1/2 cup White Vinegar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
10 oz. Dijon Mustard
3 cups Salad Oil


  • Prepare salad dressing-blend all salad dressing ingredients in blender, except for oil. Once all is blended then add oil in a small steady stream while blender is still blending.
  • Clean and dry all salad greens
  • Grill shrimp and mango with salt, pepper, olive oil brush
  • Heat grill to minimum 400° temperature.
  • Place shrimp and cut mango and grill.
  • Cover salad greens and toss with dressing.
