Beef-n-Cabbage Casserole

***Make Beef & Tomato Sauce with Meatballs recipe without the pasta****

2 heads cabbage
1 lg. container Ricota cheese
1/2 cup - 1 cup grated cheese
Mozzarella cheese slices
Chopped Parsley
Sliced hot peppers

Boil 2 heads of cabbage (cut into chunks). In 1 or 2 large greased casserole dishes, layer cabbage. Pour meatball tomato sauce over the cabbage. Spread large container of Ricotta cheese over meatballs and sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 cup - 1 cup grated cheese and top with mozzarella slices. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º (degrees). Garnish with sliced hot peppers and chopped parsley.
