Beef-n-Noodles with Gravy

1 can onion soup or 1 pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 can Cream of Mushrom Soup
1 can liquid: hot water, red wine, or beef broth
1/2 container (16 oz) creole seasoning mix
(or substitute chooped: 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 c. celery)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Microwave 4-6 minutes. Stir. Repeat until gravy is smooth.

Put gravy and frozen meatballs in a deep pot. Simmer on low until meatballs are hot (approx. 20-30 minutes). Add 6-8 oz. bread egg noodles. Cook 15-20 minutes.
