1 lb. Ground beef (preferably chuck)
8 oz. Creole Seasoning Vegtable mix
(or substitute chooped: 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, and 1 cup celery)
1 can Onion soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cans Chinese Vegetable (Chop Suey)
1 - 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1.5 c. Long grain rice
2 cans Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies (hot or mild)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Poweder
Mix all ingredients together (do not drain liquids). Put in a large greased casserole dish with top. Bake at 350 - 400º for 1 hour. If rice is not soft, cook for another 20-30 minutes.
