Shrimp Pasta from Kathleen George


  • 1 cup of holy trinity (onions bell pepper celery)
  • cook down holy trinity in 2 tbsp butter in large pan until soft
  • add 2 lbs peeled shrimp-cook until shrimp completely heated through,
  • add 1/2 block (mexican or monterrey jack)velveeta- cook until cheese melted,
  • add 1 pound cooked pasta (spaghetti noodles are the best)- stir until mixed throughly- season w/ salt, pepper and slap ya mama if desired
  • top w/ parmesan cheese and serve with hot french bread on the side
