INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground buffalo
1 cup chopped onions, minced garlic, parsley
2 eggs (1whole, 1 egg white)
1 Tbsp Ms. dash chipotle seasoning blend
1 Tbsp saltfree all purpose seasoning
1 tsp. black pepper
PROCEDURE
- Combine and mix above ingredients in bowl.
- Portion golf ball size meatballs and place in separate bowl.
- Pan sear meatballs in skillet til lightly brown.
- Transfer meatballs into pre-made red sauce and simmer for 10- 15 mins.
- Serve over angel hair pasta.
