Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 dozen large shrimp
1/2 cup butter
Sauce:
1/4 cup butter2 tsp flour
2 cups of shrimp stock
1 cup of sour cream
1/4 shot white tequila
PROCEDURE
- Melt the butter
- Add the flour slowly and stir well
- Add the shrimp stock slowly until the mixture becomes thick
- Lower the fire and add the sour cream, verify the flavor and add the tequila
- Fry the shrimp with butter until fully cooked
- Serve it on a bed of Mexican rice and add the tequila cream on top of the shrimp.
- To garnish, use cilantro leaves.
