Spinach Salad from Mestizo's

INGREDIENTS

12 (31-35) Shrimp
Fresh Spinach
Grated Cheese
Mandarin Oranges
Fresh Cut Tomatoes
Fried Tortilla Strips
Chipolte Sauce

PROCEDURE

  • Add Tablespoon of Butter to skillet and heat.
  • Add shrimp and cook about 3-5 minutes until pink.
  • The Chipolte Sauce should be added in the beginning to marry with shrimp.
  • Add over fresh spinach with dressing and then add Toppings.
