Crab and Collard Green Fondue from 50 Yard Line

Yield 4 servings

Sautee following three ingredients:
2 cups of cooked or canned collard greens
1/4 cup diced onions
1/8 cup butter

Add:
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup flour
Cook for 3 - 5 minutes

Add:
1 and 1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Add:
1/2 - 3/4 cup lump crab meat
Cook for an additional 5 - 7 minutes.  Serve warm with tortilla chips or crostinis
