Crab and Artichoke

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp olive oil
2 lbs diced red and yello bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup mayo
1 cup romano cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 lb jumbo lump crab meat

PROCEDURE

  • Saute bell peppers and green onions in olive oil
  • Let stand on the side and cool
  • Mix all ingredients together, top with sprinkle of cheese and bake until golden brown
  • Serve with chips or crackers
