Christina's Crawfish Casserole with Angel Hair Pasta

4lbs. crawfish tails
3 sticks of butter
3 chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 quart half & half
3 packs angel hair pasta
1/4 cup flour
4 cloves chopped garlic
1lb Velveta Jalepeno Cheese

Directions:
Melt butter and saute onions until clear. Add flour and cook for 10 minutes. Add crawfish and parsley. Cook for 20 minutes. Stirring often add half & half, cheese, and garlic. Cook for 20 minutes on low.
