INGREDIENTS
5 zucchini squash
2 lbs. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped|
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 slices Swiss cheese
2-3 cups of water
PROCEDURE
- Split zucchini in half length wise. Boil in about 2 cups of water until tender.
- Scoop meat out of zucchini, set aside.
- Brown ground beef in olive oil.
- Drain and add zucchini meat,vegetables and water. Cook until vegetables are tender. More water can be added if needed.
- Cook meat mixture until most of the water is absorbed.
- Spoon meat mixture back into zucchini shells.
- Top with 1/2 slice of swiss cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. DELICIOUS and easy!!!!!
