1/4 lb fresh medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 avocado, thinly sliced 1 packet of romaine lettuce leaves (washed) 1 small bag of shredded carrots 1 Tbsp. fresh basil, finely chopped 1/2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped Salt to taste Garlic pepper to taste Sweet and Sour Sauce Hot sauce
Sauté shrimp in nonstick pan with fat-free spray until done. Add salt, garlic pepper, basil, and cilantro. Sauté an additional minute to blend seasonings. Put aside in a bowl.
Slice avocado into thin slices. Set aside.
Place 4 lettuce leaves on plate.
Place 3-4 shrimps into romaine lettuce. Add 2-3 slices of avocado and sprinkle carrots as desired. Wrap lettuce around shrimp and other ingredients.
Combine sweet/ sour sauce and hot sauce (as tolerated) in a sauce bowl. Dip wraps into combination sauce. Enjoy
