Bistro Byronz Chiken Paillard
(Served with Roasted Vegetables and Mesclun Salad)
Chicken Paillard
7 oz. chicken breast breast, pounded
1 oz. marinade
Salt and Pepper
Chicken seasoning mix
Pound the chicken breast until is is 1/4 inch thin. Place the chicken on the grill and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Cook on one side, flip and baste with marinade. Sprinkle with chicken seasoning again. Flip and repeat cooking until done.
Roasted Vegetables
Select fresh vegetables such as zucchini, squash, mushrooms, onions, etc. Cut vegetables and toss with. Season with salt, pepper and herd seasonings. Spread on a sheet pan lined with parchment (wax) paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until tender.
