INGREDIENTS
4 quails
8 oz barley stuffing
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 oz. olive oil
PROCEDURE
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- season the quails with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- brown the quails on either side for a few seconds
- stuff the quails with the barley stuffing
- immediately place on a sheet pan
- place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes
- take out and reserve juice for a natural sauce
