Banana's Foster Chocolate Fondue from The Melting Pot

(Serves 8-10 people)


2 TBL. Butter
1/2 c. Light brown sugar
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/8 c. Banana Liqueur
1/8 c. Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
7-8oz of Melted White Chocolate
1/4 oz 151 rum


  • melt butter over low heat
  • add brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla
  • allow mixture to simmer and bubble until sugar completely melts

***This mixture can be refrigerated for up to 7 days.

  • add as much or as little of this mixture to the melted white chocolate.
  • top with bananas if desired
  • use 151 to flambe. Sprinkle a little cinnamon while flambiing for a sparkle effect!
