Ribeye from Southern Cooking


12 oz. choice Ribeye
creole or blackened seasoning
1 Tbsp unsalted butter


  • Melt butter in a black, iron skillet, wait until the skillet is hot
  • Place ribeye in skillet and sear for 1 1/2 minutes on both sides until medium rare
  • Place on plate and top with St. Louis pecan spare ribs
  • Serve with homemade French fries
