* 1/2 CUPS MAYONNAISE SAUCE
* 1/2 CUPS SOUR CREAM
* 2 0Z GORGONZOLA CHEESE
* 1/8 TSP. KOSHER SALT
* 1/2 TSP. GROUND BLACK PEPPER
* 1 TSP. CHOPPED GARLIC
* 1/4 OZ PORT WINE
* 1/2 OZ MILK
UTENSILS
* MIXING BOWL
* WHISK
* MEASURING SPOONS
* 1 CUP MEASURING CUP
* RUBBER SPATULA
* OUNCE SCALE
PROCEDURE
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT GORGONZOLA IN MIXING BOWL
- MIX THOROUGHLY USING A WHISK
- ADD GORGONZOLA CHEESE AND BLEND WELL
- COVER & REFRIGERATE
- SHELF LIFE OF 5 DAYS
***This sauce is exceptionally great on steaks as well as inside of button mushroom caps!
