Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 lbs beef roast
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar add to water
- 1/3 cup paprika
- 1 lg onion cut into large pieces
Directions:
- Cut roast into med sized pieces.
- Place in crock pot and add onion, water mixture, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours.
- Shred meat and stir
Serve on buns with favorite toppings. Enjoy!
