Veggie Quiche from Taylor Made Gourmet

INGREDIENTS

1/2 beef steak tomato -- sliced
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 bunch of fresh spinach
8 eggs
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup of shredded cheddar
1/2 cup of Pepper Jack
1 pie crust

PROCEDURE

  • Prepare Pie Crust, then beat the eggs.  
  • Layer all the ingredients and pour the eggs on top.
  • Bake at 400 degrees until the center is set.
