Cheese Spread from Cafe by the River

INGREDIENTS

2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of green onions
1 cup of chopped pecans

PROCEDURE

  • Mix and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Top with Pepper Jelly.
  • Best served with Wheat thin crackers.
