Chicago-Style Pizza from Peewee’s

INGREDIENTS

10 in baking tin
12 in Pizza Dough
Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Various Toppings
Roasted Tomato Pizza Sauce

PROCEDURE

  • Cut air vents around sides and bottom of baking tin. Make sure you puncture from the inside out so the excess tin will not touch pizza.
  • Place pizza dough inside of tin pressing dough around the sides so that it begins to take the form of the baking tin. Cut extra dough from around the edges.
  • Cover the entire bottom of the pizza tin with mozzarella cheese.
  • Place various toppings throughout middle of pizza.
  • Top off the pizza with Roasted Tomato Pizza Sauce.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
  • Place in oven for 20-25 min at 400 degrees.
  • Crust should be crisp throughout.
  • Cut baking tin from the pizza.
