Chicken Stir Fry

Stir Fry

1 lb lean beef, chicken, or shrimp

1/2 cup celery and onion, chopped

Sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, to taste


In skillet brown meat and season to taste. Add chopped seasoning. Let cook until tender. Add chopped seasoning. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low heat.  Add sliced bell pepper. Serve over brown rice.
