Garlic Dijon Butter by The Melting Pot

2 sticks of butter
2 tbs. garlic
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
3 tbs. lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbs. Dijon mustard

PROCEDURE: Melt butter. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve warm or refrigerate to serve chilled.
