Asian Pineapple Chutney

1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 T Soy Sauce
1-2 T chopped cilantro
1 T minced garlic
1 t red pepper flakes
1/2 t salt
1/2 t cracked black pepper

*Add cornstarch slurry to thicken

8 oz Pork Chop
butter, olive oil

PROCEDURE: Combine buter and olive oil until melted.  Season pork chop with salt and pepper.  Sautee the seasoned pork chop for 3 minutes on each side.  Enjoy!
