Asian Pineapple Chutney

1/4 cup crush pineapple

1/4 cup pineapple juice

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1-2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 Tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

*add cornstarch slurry to thicken

8oz Pork Chop

butter, olive oil

Combine butter and olive oil until melted.  Season porkchop with salt and pepper.  Sautee the seasoned pork chop for 3 minutes on each side.  Enjoy!
