Charlotte Lafauci's Texas Lemon Pie

1 stick butter, melted
1 c flour
1 c pecans
Mix together well, spread over bottom of 9x13 Pyrex glass dish.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, cool completely.

Second Layer:
1 c powdered sugar
1-9 oz carton cool whip
1-8 oz pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Mix together the sugar, cool whip, and cream cheese.  Spread evenly over crust.  Be careful as the crust will easily break.

Third Layer:
1 can condensed milk
1-8 oz can frozen concentrated lemon juice
1 c Cool Whip use about half carton, save rest for top
4 or  drops yellow food coloring
Mix together the condensed milk, lemon juice, half the cool whip, and food coloring.  Spread evenly over second layer.  Then spread remaining Cool Whip over this layer.
