1-6 oz Strawberry Jell-o
2 cups boiling water
2-10 oz packages frozen strawberries
1-13 or 15 oz can crushed pineapple
3 large bananas
2-8 oz sour cream cartons
1 cup pecans
Mix strawberry jell-o with boiling water but do NOT add the cold water, instead ad the slightly thawed strawberries. Then add crushed pineapple and juice. Dice the bananas and add to the mixture, then add the pecans.
Pour half of mixture into 9x13 glass dish. Chill until set. Then spread sour cream on chilled part and add the rest of the mixture, putting it on top. Chill this half until set. I would dice bananas first and let them sit in the pineapple and juice because that keeps them from turning brown.
