Charlotte Lafauci's Bouillion Rice

In 2 quart casserole dish, combine:

1 1/3 c uncooked long grain rice

1 stick of butter

1 jar of mushrooms, drained (optional)

1 can french onion soup

1 can bouillion (beef broth)

Cook with lid on for 45 minutes in 375 degree oven.  Uncover and fluff rice with a fork, cook another 15 minutes, uncovered.
