Egg Nog Bread Pudding by Gay Duhon

2 Dozen Stale glazed doughnuts
3 Eggs, Beaten
1 Cup Egg Nog
1/2 Cup Evaoprated Milk
1 teaspoon Rum
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 block melted butter
1/2 Cup light brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together, place in greased casserole dis and let sit about 15-30 minutes.  Bake in 350-degree oven for about 45 minutes.  Serve with warm eggnog sauce:

Melt 1 block of butter with 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup eggnog, and 1 T. each rum and vanilla.  Cook on low heat until slightly thickened.  Serve over bread pudding.
