Benitier du Marianne Knuts

1 1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Optional vanilla extract
Vanilla Ice Cream
dark chocolate (belgian or swiss)
half & half

Mix eggs in a small bowl.  In another bowl, flour (make a fountain) & salt.  Pour eggs in the fountain.  Add milk a little bit at a time.  Mix well, add oil (and vanilla extract).  Use the batter to make about 10 to 12 crepes (really thin pancakes) using a skillet.  In the middle of the crepe, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream.  Fold the crepe on top of the ice cream (it looks like a "font et church-benitier").   In the microwave or on the stove, melt some dark chocolate with some half & hlaf, pour it on top of the crepe.

Hint:  Add a strawberry or a cherry on top to decorate.
