Artichoke and Green Bean Casserole by Algie Petrere

2 cans French-style green beans - drained & chopped

2 cans Progresso or romano artichokes -  drained & chopped

2 cups parmesan chese

2 cups Italian bread crumbs

2 medium onions - chopped

1 clove garlic

1 cup extra virign olive oil

1 TBSP garlic powder

Microwave olive oil, onions and garlic for 3 minutes on high.

Add artichokes and green beans and microwave another 3 minutes.

Add cheese, bread crumbs and garlic powder and microwave for 6 minutes.

There are so many recipes for green bean casseroles, but this is the easiest one I've ever made and it's delicious.  It's always a big hit.
