In a pot, sauté the following:
1 Tbsp Spectrum canola oil
1-2 stalks celery, sliced lengthwise in 3 and chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1-14 oz roll Gimme Lean Ground Meat
Saute onion, celery and brown meat; break chunks of ground meat with wooden spoon
SEASON WITH:
2 1/2 Tbsp Vitality Fire Roasted chili seasoning blend
1/2 Tbsp Swerve
1/2 cup cilantro, whole leaves
ADD:
1-28 oz cans Muir Glen fire roasted crushed tomatoes
1 3/4 cups Muir Glen/Woodstock Farms Tomato Sauce
14 oz Rotel tomatoes
Add 14 oz. hot water to pot
Cover and cook on medium heat for 1 hour
Garnish with shredded soy cheddar, crushed Garden of Eatin Blue Corn Chips, and cilantro.
Serve with Garden of Eatin Blue Corn Chips.
