Seafood Chowder from Mike Anderson's

(Serves 6)

Sautee until tender . . . 3 to 5 minutes over medium heat

2 oz. Margarine
1 cup chopped onion
2 oz. bellpepper, chopped  
1 Tbsp minced garlic


Add. . .

3 tsp. salt
2  1/2 tsp. white pepper
1  ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Add and stir until it melts. . .

3/4 lb.Cream Cheese

Add and bring to a slow simmer boil while stirring often . . .

1 cup Cream of Potato Soup 
1 cup Cream Of Mushroom  
12 oz. Cream of Corn      
6 oz. Crawfish Tail  
6 oz. Backfin Crabmeat
1 cup Milk, Low Fat 

Garnish with . . .

3 oz. Green Onion
