Crab Cakes from Boutin's

1 small onion
½ cup bell pepper
¾ cup bunch green onions
1 1/3 cup of bread crumbs
½ cup mayo
2 tsp. creole mustard
2 tsp. ketchup
1 tsp. worchestire
salt & pepper to taste
cayanne pepper to taste
1 lb. Crab meat


  • Dice onion, bell & green onions and saute.
  • Mix bread crumbs and water until slightly moist.
  • Add remaining ingredients except for crab and mix.
  • Season to taste and fold in crab. Make cakes and saute.
  • Top with white remonlade.

White remonlade

1 tsp creole mustard
