10 eggs
3/4 cup half and half (or other milk)
3 bunches fresh chopped spinach
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
2 cups shredded cheese
1lb. Crabmeat
Salt pepper to taste
9" deep dish silicone pan


  • Combine ingredients and bake for 90 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
