Greek Isle Shrimp from Bonanno's

16 large shrimp, 16/20 count
2 oz. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
2 tbsp. yellow onions, chopped
2 oz. white wine
2 cups fresh washed spinach leaves rough chopped
¼ cup grape tomatoes cut in half
1 tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
1 tbsp. chopped basil
To taste - kosher salt & crushed red pepper
2 oz. cubed feta cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1# wide noodles


  • In a large sauté pan over medium high heat, add oil, garlic, onion and shrimp.
  • Saute for 1 minute, add wine and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add spinanch, tomatoes, parsley, basil & seasoning.
  • Remove from heat and add butter, cheese & pasta. Serve immediately.
