Sauteed Shrimp by Buddy's Seafood & Oyster Bar

12 lg. shrimp, peeled & butterflied
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. worchestershire
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasonal
7-8 thin cut bell pepper slices
7-8 thin cut yellow onion slices
7-8 thin cut tomato slices
1 cup cooked white rice


  • On medium heat add butter, bell pepper & onions to skillet.
  • Cook for 2 minutes then add shrimp, garlic, salt & seasonal.
  • When shrimp are just about done add Worchestershire.
  • Place cooked rice down the center of the plate then pour the contents of the skillet over the rice.
  • Garnish with tomato slices, parsley flakes, and lemon wedges
