INGREDIENTS for Strawberry Salad
Chop 2-3 heads of lettuce
add 1 pint strawberry's sliced
1 cup pecan halves
shredded monterey jack cheese
PROCEDURE: toss and add dressing

1 cup oil
1/2 c red wine
tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp pepper
2/3 cup sugar
INGREDIENTS and PROCEDURE for Potato Casserole
- 5 lbs boiled potatoes
- saute 1 cup green onions & 1/2 stick butter
- add 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese- diced
- red pepper to taste
- 4 oz. sour cream
- cook until melted
- add cooked potatoes
- mix well pour into casserole dish and bake 15 min. @ 350
