INGREDIENTS

Filets of your favorite fish
Egg wash
Flour
All purpose seasoning
Oil

PROCEDURE

  • Combine eggs, milk and water to make an egg wash.
  • Season fish filets.
  • Dip the filets in your egg wash then coat with flour.
  • Cook fish in an oil filled skillet until golden brown.
  • Top fish with your favorite etoufee or cream sauce.
